Standard Folding. The edges are not tucked in

The gauze is available in 13 threads per square cm (type 13) , or 17 threads per square cm (type17). Both are available with or without X-ray detectable thread .

The X-ray thread is monofilament type containing at least 60 % Barium Sulphate .

Gauze swabs type 13 is available in unfolded construction .
Gauze swabs type 17 is available in folded construction .

The swabs are packed in medical paper and each pack contains 100 swabs. Each pack is printed with the number of pieces , size of swab, number of plies , Gauze type , batch number and expiry date .

The swabs are non-sterile but can be sterilized at location with steam sterilization at 120°C .
